REHAB + PERFORMANCE

Build Capacity, Not Just Symptom Relief.

My approach sits at the intersection of rehabilitation and performance. Whether you’re trying to get stronger, return to the activities you love after an injury, or simply want expert guidance in the gym, the goal is the same: build a body that is capable, resilient, and ready for your life.

My background as a Doctor of Physical Therapy influences how I coach, but I don’t want you to feel like a patient forever.

I want you to progressively build strength, develop power, improve movement quality, and regain confidence in what your body can do.

That may look like traditional strength coaching, physical therapy, or a combination of both depending on where you are right now.

Rehab gets you back. Strength keeps you there.

The goal is not simply to feel better. It’s to become more capable.

ONE-ON-ONE

Individual Strength Coaching

If you want individualized attention and programming, one-on-one strength coaching gives us the opportunity to build your training around your goals, experience, sport, schedule, injury history, and current capacity.

This is a great fit if you want to get stronger but don’t want to guess your way through the gym.

Your sessions may include progressive strength work, power, unilateral training, mobility, core and stability work, and sport-specific programming depending on your goals.

This May Be a Good Fit If You Want To:

  • Build muscle and strength
  • Improve athletic performance
  • Train for mountain biking, gravel riding, skiing, hiking, or running
  • Feel more confident lifting heavier weights
  • Develop power and athleticism as you age
  • Have your training planned and progressed for you

PHYSICAL THERAPY

When Pain or Injury Is Getting in the Way.

Sometimes the first step isn’t simply getting stronger. It’s figuring out what is limiting you and rebuilding your capacity from there.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I can evaluate the problem, identify contributing factors, and help bridge the gap between rehabilitation and the activities you actually want to return to.

My goal isn’t to keep you in rehab mode.

It’s to progressively rebuild your strength, tolerance, confidence, and athletic capacity so you can return to lifting, riding, running, skiing, hiking, or whatever matters to you.

Physical Therapy May Include:

  • Movement and injury assessment
  • Progressive strength rehabilitation
  • Return-to-sport programming
  • Manual therapy when appropriate
  • Dry needling and other treatment tools when indicated
  • A clear progression back to training and activity

WOMEN’S SMALL-GROUP STRENGTH

Strong Women. Expert Coaching. Real Progress.

Progressive strength training with the energy and accountability of training alongside other women.

The Women’s Small Group Strength Class at Revo combines structured, progressive programming with individualized coaching and technique feedback.

Unlike a large fitness class, each group is intentionally small so you can receive real coaching while still benefiting from the community and energy that make group training so enjoyable.

You won’t walk in and do a completely random workout each week. Programming follows progressive training cycles so you have time to improve your technique, increase your loads, and actually see progress.

WHY THIS APPROACH IS DIFFERENT

Rehabilitation and Performance Shouldn’t Live in Separate Worlds.

Clinical Perspective

My physical therapy background influences how I assess movement, understand injury history, and make training decisions.

Performance Focus

The goal is not simply to eliminate pain. It’s to build strength and capacity for the things you want to do.

Progressive Loading

Strength is built through intentional progression, not endless low-level rehab exercises.

Long-Term Resilience

Train for the body and lifestyle you want ten, twenty, and thirty years from now.

“Build strength now so your body keeps saying yes later.”
